1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leisure Catalog website and your purchase of any products from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.
3. Our Products
Our apparel is printed and made to order. Because each piece is produced individually, colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to monitor settings and the printing process, and placement may vary slightly between items. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review both, as they form part of these Terms.
