Return & Refund Policy
At Leisure Catalog, we want you to love what you wear. Our pieces are made to order, but if something isn't right, we're glad to help. Here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days have passed, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Free Return Shipping
Returns are on us. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — there's no cost to you to send an item back.
No Final Sale Items
Nothing in our store is sold as "final sale." Every item is eligible for return under the terms of this policy.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition, with any tags and original packaging attached
Items returned worn, washed, altered, or otherwise not in their original condition may be refused or issued a reduced refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@leisurecatalog.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll review your request and, once approved, send you a prepaid return label with instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off using the label we provide.
Please wait for approval before shipping anything back so we can make sure your return is logged and your label is on the way.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns and is deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, less the 10% restocking fee, within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Because our products are made to order, every now and then a flaw slips past us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no restocking fee, and no need to cover return shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? The fastest way is to start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
Order Cancellations
Because items are printed and made to order, production can begin quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to stop it before it enters production. After that window, your order may already be in production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
