Order Processing (Made to Order)
Every Leisure Catalog piece is printed and made to order just for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is in addition to the shipping time below.
Shipping Times
Once produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International (Europe / Rest of World): 10–15 business days
These are estimates. Occasional delays (around 2–6 additional days) can happen due to carrier volume, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information (where available) so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at hello@leisurecatalog.com and we'll try to help before the order ships.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us at hello@leisurecatalog.com and we'll do our best to help. For damaged or defective items, see our Return & Refund Policy.
